Will my insurance cover treatment?

We’re a fee-for-service clinic, but many extended health plans cover our services. You’ll get a detailed receipt after each visit to submit for reimbursement. Check with your insurer for your specific coverage.

Is shockwave therapy painful?

You may feel some discomfort, especially in sensitive areas, but the intensity is adjusted for your comfort. Most patients find it brief and well tolerated.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your condition. For focal shockwave, 3 to 6 sessions spaced 5 to 14 days apart are typical, and many patients notice some improvement after the first session.

How long are appointments?

Between 15 and 60 minutes, depending on the treatment. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

Is there parking, and is the clinic accessible?

Yes. There’s free parking in front of the clinic, and the clinic is wheelchair accessible.

How do I pay, and what if I need to cancel?

We accept cash, cheque, debit, e-transfer, Visa and Mastercard. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel.
